Each serving delivers 75g of fast-acting carbohydrates and 300 kcal, formulated with a Tri-Carb Matrix of Maltodextrin, Dextrose Monohydrate, and Fructose to ensure sustained energy release and rapid glycogen replenishment.

Recommended Use
Mix 1 sachet with 700 ml – 1L of water and aim to consume with an hour to 90 minutes, during an event.
Adjust added water to personal taste preference.
Reduce intake when combining with other energy sources.
Can be used for carbohydrate loading: Start increasing carbohydrate intake 2-3 days before the event. Consume 1 sachet between 1-4 hours before exercise.
